1. General Policy — All Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. This applies to all product categories we sell, including:

  • SaaS software licenses (Krowd Builder — Yearly and Lifetime)
  • Jewelry CAD design concept files (rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, body jewelry)
  • Ebooks and digital guides
  • Bag and fashion design blueprint files
  • Residential architecture plan files
  • Any future digital products added to our catalog

However, we handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Your digital product was not delivered to your email within 24 hours of purchase
  • The product delivered was significantly different from what was described on the product page
  • A technical error prevented you from accessing or downloading the product
  • Duplicate charges were made for the same order
  • A software license (Krowd Builder) failed to activate due to a verified technical fault on our end

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Software licenses (Krowd Builder) that have been activated and used
  • Design files (jewelry, bags, architecture) that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Ebooks that have been downloaded or opened
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incompatibility with third-party tools not specified in the product description (e.g., Krowd Builder requires WordPress + Elementor)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team → within 7 days of your purchase date. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A clear description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This Refund Policy applies to all current and future digital products sold by Boreyroth Group, Inc. As we expand our catalog, the same principles will apply: all sales are generally final, with case-by-case review for genuine delivery or technical issues.
